Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot. • Booking fee will be deducted from the total package amount. • Remaining balance must be settled on or before the session date. • Sessions are studio-based only and strictly by appointment. Session Time Policy • Session time strictly follows the package booked. • Late arrival means the session will proceed using the remaining time only. • No extensions will be granted due to back-to-back bookings with other clients. Age & Styling Policy • Ideal age for classic newborn poses is 3 weeks old and below. • Babies 4 weeks old and above are still welcome, with age-appropriate, baby-led styling. • Outfits are provided for babies 2 months old and below. Rescheduling Policy • One (1) free reschedule is allowed, subject to availability. • Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a free reschedule. • A ₱500 rescheduling fee will apply for the second reschedule and any succeeding reschedules, regardless of reason. • Rescheduling fees must be settled before the new session date is confirmed. • Booking fee will be forfeited for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
